Are you interested in getting into Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 but have no idea where to start?
Are you fascinated by the miniatures, but you’ve never painted a miniature before and want to learn the basics?
Have you collected (and maybe even painted) an army but have yet to play even a single game?
Or are you a “lapsed” 40K player looking to dust off your old models and try out the new 6th edition of the game?
EndGame is pleased to now offer special beginner sessions focused on helping new players (and old) get into playing and painting the Warhammer 40,000 miniatures game!
These special sessions are held on Monday nights from 7pm to 11pm and are by reservation only. Sorry, no walk-ins! Each session is limited to a maximum of 2 participants, and geared to fit your experience level. There is no fee for these sessions!
Beginner Games – Beginner games will introduce you to the Warhammer 40,000 rules through actual play. The focus is on learning the game rules and basic game tactics, and what makes a fun game (hint: a good attitude and good sportsmanship). You do not need to have a Warhammer 40,000 army to participate in beginner game sessions – EndGame can provide an army for you to use on the day – but if you do have your own army, great, please bring it! EndGame can provide peripheral materials such as dice, tape measures and templates but you are free to bring your own.
Beginner Painting – Beginner painting sessions are focused on the basics of miniatures painting, including assembly and preparation, priming, using basecoats, layers, washes and highlights. EndGame can provide paints and brushes but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own. You must bring your own miniatures to paint.
The 40K Neophyte sessions are for participants aged 18 and up. Younger players are urged to join our Young Generals sessions on Friday nights.
