All of a sudden there is a huge wave of new RPG goodness including the long awaited Dark Sun campaign setting for Dungeons and Dragons and several Pathfinder supplements. Also in are Games Workshop’s Daemons, Forgecraft bases and some new card games by Z-man

Dark Sun Campaign Setting: $39.95
Explore a savage, wondrous world…
Aimed at players and Dungeon Masters, this game supplement explores the heroes and wonders of Athas—a savage desert world abandoned by the gods and ruled by terrible sorcerer-kings. Use it to build Dark Sun heroes and adventures set in the Seven Cities of the Tyr Region, the Ivory Triangle, the Sea of Silt, and monster-infested wastelands—or plunder it for your own D&D campaign!
The Dark Sun Campaign Setting provides exciting character options for D&D players, including new races, new character themes and class builds, new paragon paths and epic destinies, and new equipment. It also provides everything Dungeon Masters need to run 4th Edition Dark Sun campaigns or include Dark Sun elements in their home campaigns. It has rules and advice for handling survival challenges, arena encounters, desert terrain, and adventure creation. It also presents a short, ready-to-play introductory adventure.

DresdaCon started as EndGame’s way to celebrate the release of the Dresden Files role playing game. Today we’re excited to announce that DresdaCon is now the official West Coast product release party! Evil Hat mastermind Fred Hicks and Lead Project Developer Ryan Macklin will be in the store all day to sign your books, share stories, and hang out. We encourage you to bring your Dresden Files RPG books (or any of Evil Hat’s fine products, for that matter) for Fred and Ryan to sign. We will have plenty of copies of the DFRPG on hand if you haven’t picked yours up yet. This is a day that’s been a long time coming for the Evil Hat folks.
As a reminder, we’re still looking for GMs who’d like to run a DresdaCon game, since all of our tables are full. Drop Chris an email if you’re interested. We’re still taking preorders too, and each preorder comes with a pre-press copy of the books in PDF format.
We hope to see you here!

This week we’ve got some highly-anticipated releases like Dominion: Alchemy alongside staff favorites Catacombs and the D&D Player’s Strategy Guide. Read on for the full list…
Dominion: Alchemy $29.95
Designer: Donald X. Vaccarino
Players: 2-4, Ages: 8+
Playing Time: 20 Minutes
The newest expansion for the hit card game Dominion has arrived. All of the Dominion expansions have added new elements to the game. Alchemy introduces the potion. The potion is a new treasure card that is played to activate cards. Alchemy’s cards allow new possibilities for more Action oriented decks in Dominion. It also contains new cards that do not require the potion to add to play.
Dominion: Alchemy is an expansion, so it can’t be played by itself; to play with it, you need Dominion, or Dominion: Intrigue. Dominion and Intrigue provide the basic cards you need to play (Treasure, Victory, and Curse cards), as well as the full rules for setup and gameplay. Dominion Alchemy can also be combined with any other Dominion expansions you have.
