The WHFB guys are VERY consistently there on Thursdays, but don't seem to be on the boards here much… Best bet is to just show up with your stuff.  I've always had great experiences on WHFB Thursdays.

Even if you have to proxy some stuff, you'll have a better shot at a game at 2250.  Again, even if you have to have a movement tray with empty bases & sticky notes your first time, people on Thursdays (used to) prefer 2250.  I haven't been there recently, but that was always the case.
