Hello! Just moved back to the bay area after an extended foray away from home (college. you know how it is. very sophisticated), and I'm currently in the process of trying to get some sort of gaming group together. Right now It's just me, my girlfriend, and an old buddy from high school, but we're really just getting started and would be into meeting other hip, young, nerdy early-20-somethings who won't turn us into skin-suits. Also, my girlfriend needs a girlfriend. For shoe shopping, I think. Preferrably some sort of sassy ethnic stereotype. Man, "The Help" sure was an empowering film! No. No it wasn't. 

…Anyway.

We're mostly making stuff up right now. I got a little card game that's Assassin's Creed meets Poker I'm working on, and my buddy is working on a Marvel vs. DC strategy game. My girlfriend really enjoys shoes and RPGs, but I told her we needed at least one more person for tabletop RPGs. So you might be that person! Or maybe you have somezing else for us to play? We'd be willing to playtest it, thoroughly enjoy it, and then cattily pick at it because we're jealous that we didn't come up with it. I mean. Uh. "Give constructive criticism." Yeah. That's it. 

So, in conclusion, if your a hip, young 20 something gamer girl who enjoys shoes, we probably would want to meet you! I take for granted that you'd want to meet us. Cuz we're awesome.

It's a fine line between quirky/fun/interesting and creepy I guess. Thanks for the welcome, though.
