I have room for two more players.

Currently for September 18th we have the following players confirmed:

Andrew Bruch

Jasper

Mike Montesa

Jeff Walker

After reading through the Rogue Trader core book and additional adventure material I am officially putting on the GM hat for this RPG.  I would like to get 4-6 players to run through one adventure (3-5 sessions) over the course of 2-3 months depending on everyone's schedule. This could include one character/ship building session or we could run with pre-written characters, this is the players' choice. After the adventure is finished I will likely continue running an actual campaign since I already have a ton of good material.

Nothing is set yet, September is going to be a busy month for my wife (late nights at work) so most of my availablity will be weekend oriented.I like the idea of weekend sessions, it is usually easy for me to get some solid blocks of time on the weekends.

I will be open to weeknight gaming in October. I have done RPGs on weeknights before but starting at 6ish, earliest I would be able to play on a weeknight now is 730.

Anyone feel free to chime in your schedule preferences as well. Wednesdays I think Endgame is open late.

Im really enthused about running Rogue Trader.

Heya,

I'm interested in playing, but  for two months starting september, I'm working nights, and would only be available every other week on any given day. If this keeps me out of it, so be it.

Just got your email :P

Unfortunately at this time, I'm still stuck on my 3 – 11 PM rotation at the station, unless I get hired at UCSF.

The only days I have off are Wed and Thurs.

If the game falls on those days, I'd be happy to do this.

Depending on other scheduling (school etc.) I might be interested. I've got my Ork Hunter character model from the game I was in last year and I might be able to find the character sheet.

Players and potential players: Reward and Damnation await you in the void. Let's see if we can coordinate our schedules and get the game going. We need 3-6 people per session for the game to work. So I'll throw out the first couple dates, you let me know if they work.

1.) Sunday September 12th @ Endgame

2.) Saturday September 18th @ Endgame

I'm open on the 18th and I'd really like to give Rogue Trader a go, but it seems you may have a full table already? If so, no problem – I wouldn't want you to exceed a comfortable number of players and 6 is usually my absolute limit as well. But if you still have a spot open, I'd like to get in on this!

And if you don't mind the advice, even if I can't play, I highly recommend group character generation and some discussion of how things will go. Really helps in the long run to get everyone's expectations on the same page at the start, in my experience.

Mike, the table is not full yet so your vote on play date is as good as any.

So fare we have Jasper and Mike confirming the 18th.

Who else?

I am mostly on the same page as you in regards to character generation. Rogue Trader especially seems encourage this with the origin path system.

So Mike are you interested in participating in a few sessions?

You have such a reputation around here as a great GM I'm a little intimidated ;-)

Yes, the adventure you describe (3 – 5 sessions over 2 – 3 months) should be workable with my schedule. Are you planning to run one of FFG's scenarios or your own? Either way, it should be fun!

Gah! Don't let the rumors fools you! I'm just a hack with occasionally hot dice! Seriously, I'm happy to have a chance to actually play something. I'm sure this will be a blast!Laugh
