I assembled the EndGame Black Box Killa Kans yesterday.

My observations:
1. Without instructions, you better be good at puzzles.  there are only 5 parts that are essentially consistent across the three models.  It took a good 20-30 minutes of noodling and looking at online pics to figure out how they went together.  In particular, the legs are very distinctive.
2. The models are really fun…my mind was racing with all the Konversion potential in the set
3. All weapon option are represented, except for Kustom Mega Blasta (not really a big deal since most Ork players have extras)
4. Everything went together very well, no gaps or issues with fit
