District 11 is here in Oakland and the prawns have evolved some while rumors of a mothership returning abound. A recently discovered cannabis variant "Ambrosia" is linked to cases of madness and metamorphosis. Magic ala "The Dresden Files" exists. The Genesis Campaign is set in an alternate Oakland where reports of people with strange powers have been growing since 2009.
