It's that time again, September 11th is the date for the second annual Endgame Miniatures Bazaar.

 

For those that didn't make it last year, here is how it works. I will now begin taking “sellers table” reservations. This will be on a first come, first served basis. We have reservations available in the following table sizes; Full Minis table, Half Minis table, Full Folding table, Half Folding table. We have Six Minis tables and 12 Folding tables total. To reserve a table please email me at anthony@endgameoakland.com and put the table size and your name in the subject line, ie Josh Qualtieri, Full Minis Table. PM's will be ignored so please email.

 

We request that you only bring Miniatures, Miniatures Rules, and terrain…no board games, or RPGs to your sellers table.   Product may only be traded, or purchased with a EndGame credit. No cash may exchange hands upstairs during the swap meet.  Seller table set-up will begin at 9:30 – 10:30am the morning of the event. At 10:30am we will encourage the sellers to take a half an hour and look over each others goodies. (last year we didn’t think of this, and it was one of the biggest requests we got.) At 11am we will open the upstairs to the public for the frenzy to begin!

I'll bring some very very old High Elves, in case anyone's starting an army based off the Island of Blood set and wants to flesh it out with some OOP stuff.

 

Also, and this is primarily a question for Anthony, is there an ending time on the Bazaar? IE, should I bring my army over in case tables free up at some point towards the end of the day (3/4/5pm?). Even if there won't be playable tables, it'll still be good to know if there's a "winding-down" time, so I can make sure to get to the store before the mad mini swap action runs down.

If you want to bring by more stuff than you can carry around, but not enough for a table, I should have space for an temp table. Or sign up for one, you may have more than you think.
