Sci Fi Skirmish fans rejoice, Infinity returns to Endgame! Every third Tuesday I'll be upstairs to take on all or give demos of my favorite skirmish game. Hyper detailed and played with small forces, Infinity has the best turn system for brutal firefights I have ever played. Hell, I stole parts for my game.
For those with minis already I like the 300 points sized games to start.
Who is up for a game or two?

I'm going to try and be upstairs around 6-6:30ish.
The current army lists are either in the 2nd ed and Human sphere books or online at-

They also have all the rules up there if you don't have the book/want to put it on your iPad
I think demos run best at 150 points. If you want to work up a demo list go mostly line infantry with a HI Lieutenant and maybe a specialist or two. A nice quick game without too much in the way of special rules. Lets get everyone refreshed and then bring bigger lists next month. I'll try to have some missions outlined by then as well.

I was talking with Adan about these army building tools I found online. First one is flash based and pretty clean, the second seems to be javascript mostly and will even run on a mobile phone. They even have a mobile version of their site, though I found the regular one just had more info and used that on my phone still. Anyhow, here you go:

I look forward to playing more Infinity. I found my demo game to be nice and exciting with some good back and forth. I can tell there are a fair amount of rules to grasp and only time and games will help with that.

Yeah I definitely enjoy that there is lots of action during the whole game. No more of 'OK it's your turn, brb' stuff that 40k suffers from as there is little to do on your opponents turn.
I think had we used your TO camo on the HML guy, I would have had a much harder time dropping him and may not have done so at all.
I guess that is all part of learning the rules, some will get missed.

….like the "don't take 42 points more than you're supposed to" rule?  That was embarrassing, especially considering I lost anyway…
I should have also read earlier what "impetuous" means. I'm not sure how else to use those Monks.

Good times…got a lot of refreshing to do, but it is a fun change of pace getting down to the squad tactics level.
Gotta make sure I read everything closer(again)…trying to bring double the special weapons allocation is almost as embarssaing as 42 points over (nice Adan).
