I am looking at running the Longest Night event in January after the holiday craziness. These free play events work best when we can get a large number of participants. So instead of trying set a date and hope for the best, I am going to try to find a date that works best for a majority of people. So give me all the dates on the weekend in January (1/1, 1/7, 1/8, 1/14, 1/15, 1/21,1/22, 1/29) that you would be available for the event. I will try to schedule the event based on where we can get a majority of people to attend.

I am on the same page as Alex… as of now, any date except the 1st should be okay but the sooner I can get it on the calendar the better.
