I just need to finish up some highlights and bases for my models but they should be done by tomorrow night. I must say the Trencher Commanders were a serious pain to paint…so much detail for an infantry model. The tedious Commandos definitely made up for the ease with painting the Sword Knights.
In any case my models completed in January should include:
Magnus the Warlord (eMagnus) – 5pts
Centurion – 9 pts
Defender – 9 pts
Sword Knights (6) – 4 pts
Trencher Commandos (10) – 10 pts
That's 37 pts! I might even finish a couple Trencher Commandos UA as well but that all depends how much I get done with my other stuff tonight.
So those who completed their challenge should bring their models Wednesday evening for judging. Even those who partially completed the challenge should bring their stuff to show off. Plus those all those in the challenge should be there that night to help participate in the judging/voting.

35points on the nose. Now to find a few more hours to finish things up. Yesterday was quite productive with most all base colors achieved.

Well my last 14 points all already have five colors on them, so I might as well finish them up. I can't play on Wednesday, but I will be nearby and can drop off for judging… I will talk to Chris about picking them back up around 11 or so if he is okay with that.
I am three warlocks and two feralgeists from achieving my goal of being fully painted before the release of the Battle Wagon (2/22 or something)! Thanks for the competition everyone, I never would have painted 35 points of infantry in a month on my own.

Good stuff, everyone's armies looked great! Good to see so much done by all. I had a blast painting all my Minions to work on the Chain Gang. Now it's time to work on the Practical Magic Tier for eHexy.

Good work all. I'm going to spend this month to tidy up my painted models for my two list for the BAO like stronger, cleaner highlights, edge-lining on the armor and such plus I got a couple of models I need to finish for both of my list and figuring out what I want in my reserves…but I have no where near the bandwidth this month to paint 35 more points. If someone else wants to head up a challenge for this month, feel free,

Yeah, I think we should at the most do this every other month. It's a lot of work. I may be up for it again in March.
