If you or someone you know has an interest in the End Game space (4,200 sf +/-), it is available for sub-Lease through the balance of their Lease Term (September 2019) and at a rate that is significantly below market. In addition, we welcome your input about what types of businesses you would like to see in this marquis space. EBALDC's goal is to keep commercial rents affordable (below market rates) by offering a significant discount on market rates to nonprofit organizations and to small, locally owned emerging businesses while maintaining the financial integrity of the commercial properties in our portfolio. If you have any questions about our leasing policies, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are concerned about your upcoming Leases, we typically do not start new lease negotiations prior to three months before the lease expiration but no sooner than six months. We can, however, have discussions with you earlier than that but will not have the benefit of knowing what market rates will be at the time of renewal or extension of your Lease.
