One of the most enjoyable aspects of tabletop gaming is discovering new games, supplies, and game pieces to buy. The industry has never been more diverse. The downside is that there’s too much out there for one store to hold. We wish we could stock everything from all over the world, but we’d need to take over all of Swans to do that.
But, EndGame prides itself on making sure Bay Area gamers have access to as many tabletop products as possible. If we don’t have it in the store, we’ll go out of our way to special order it for you.
If you know the product you’d like to order, simply email us at email@example.com with your name, the item you’re looking for, and how many you’d like and we’ll check with all available distributors for that product. Most popular items are available through our distributors, but there’s always a chance that what you’re looking for is too obscure for them to carry. If the item isn’t carried by our partners or is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed, shipping typically takes one to two weeks. Keep in mind that we generally batch our orders together from each distributor, so wait times may be longer. If you need something ASAP, let us know at the time of your order and we’ll give you the best delivery estimate possible.
There are plenty of manufacturers that allow customers to order directly from their websites, but many of them are overseas and carry hefty shipping prices. One of the benefits from ordering through EndGame is that you don’t have to pay shipping, so the extra $20 needed to get an item from the U.K. to the U.S. disappears. Plus, our shipping is far more reliable, so once an order’s in you won’t have to worry about it getting lost in the mail.
